Shipping policy

We currently ship to New Zealand and Australia, with free shipping on all orders.

Each Etch & Echo piece is made to order.
Please allow up to 4 weeks for your jewellery to be made.

Once it’s completed, your order will be sent to us in Auckland for a final quality check before being shipped to you.

If delays occur during production, we’ll keep you updated — we know how exciting it is to receive your piece.

After your piece is finished and has arrived with us:

We’ll email you a tracking number once your parcel is on its way.

All NZ and AU orders include GST or relevant taxes.
Any additional customs charges (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
