Because each Etch and Echo piece is made to order, we do not accept returns unless your item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll happily arrange a repair or replacement at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges due to the custom nature of our jewellery. Please double-check your size, gold choice, and any other details before placing your order.
Earrings
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings — even if unworn.
