At Etch and Echo, we stand by the quality of our jewellery. All pieces are carefully crafted using high-quality materials and should be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
30-Day Warranty
We offer a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery. If your jewellery has a manufacturing defect, we will either repair or replace it at our discretion.
To be eligible, the item must be returned to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. We will cover reasonable return shipping costs for approved claims.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
• General wear and tear (scratches, dents, tarnishing)
• Accidental damage, loss, or theft
• Damage from improper care, harsh chemicals, or misuse
How to Make a Claim
If you believe your item has a defect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it. We will review your claim and provide instructions on the next steps.
This warranty is our only warranty and replaces all other warranties, whether express or implied. If a defect is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

To keep your Etch and Echo jewellery looking its best, we recommend the following care guidelines:
• Storage: Store your jewellery in a dry, lined jewellery box or soft pouch to prevent scratches and tangling.
• Cleaning: Use a soft, lint-free cloth to gently polish your jewellery. For a deeper clean, use mild soap and warm water, then dry completely. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Wear: Remove your jewellery before swimming, exercising, or using household cleaners to prevent damage.
• Chemicals & Lotions: Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and hairsprays, as these can dull the metal and gemstones over time.
