Because every Etch & Echo piece is made to order, we do not accept returns unless your item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect piece, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order.
We’ll happily arrange a repair or replacement at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges due to the made-to-order nature of our jewellery.
Please double-check your size, gold choice, and other custom options before placing your order.
Earrings
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings — even if they are unworn.
30-Day Warranty
We stand by the quality of our jewellery. Each piece is crafted with care using high-quality, ethically sourced materials.
We offer a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery. If your piece has a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace it at our discretion.
To be eligible, the item must be returned in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.
We’ll cover reasonable return shipping costs for approved claims.
Not Covered Under Warranty
This warranty doesn’t cover:

How to Make a Claim

This is the only warranty we offer and replaces any other warranties, express or implied.
If a defect is confirmed, we’ll repair, replace, or refund your item at our discretion.
